Welcome to VYTA Health. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vyta-health.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from VYTA Health. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Our products are intended for adult use only and are not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with serious medical conditions, or anyone taking prescription medication without first consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

  • If you are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive

5. Pricing, Payment, and Orders

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience but are processed in USD. Currency conversion rates and any associated fees are determined by your card issuer or bank.

We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount, including taxes and shipping, to your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion
  • Verify the identity and information of the purchaser before processing
  • Cancel or correct orders affected by pricing or product information errors

Orders are not guaranteed until you receive an order confirmation email. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order if errors are subsequently discovered.


6. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of issuance. Unless otherwise stated:

  • One promo code per order
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively
  • May be limited to first-time customers or specific products
  • May expire and have no cash value
  • Cannot be sold, transferred, or used for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to revoke promotional codes used in violation of these Terms.


7. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a recurring delivery (AutoShip), you authorize VYTA Health to:

  • Charge your payment method on file at the frequency you selected at checkout
  • Ship the corresponding product on the scheduled date

You can manage, pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account, our subscription management provider (Loop), or by emailing info@vyta-health.com at least 2 business days before your next scheduled charge.

If your payment method fails, we will attempt to retry. Repeated failures may result in suspension of your subscription.

9. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. In summary: we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on every order (measured from your delivery date). Unopened bottles may be returned within this window; opened or used bottles are not eligible for a standard return but may qualify for a refund under our 90-Day Results Guarantee, which requires consistent, as-directed use and submission of the completed Lymphatic Reset Workbook tracker. Free digital items (e.g., the Workbook e-book) carry no cash value and are non-refundable. Full conditions are set out in the Return and Refund Policy.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, branding, photography, video, and the layout and design of the Site - is owned by or licensed to VYTA Health and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without our written permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship
  • Scrape, mine, or use automated tools to extract data from our Site
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile any software available through the Site

  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment methods
  • Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or other users' enjoyment of the Site

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.


12. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

By submitting a review, photo, or other content to our Site or social media (when tagging us), you grant VYTA Health a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You represent that any content you submit is your own original work, accurate, and does not violate the rights of any third party.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • VYTA Health, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or our products
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, in some jurisdictions, liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of statutory consumer rights)


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VYTA Health and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of our products
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any inaccurate or fraudulent information you provide


15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of WY without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Site or products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (e.g., UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand consumer rights)

If you are a consumer in the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you retain all statutory rights available to you under those laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
