Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing VYTA Health. We work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
We do not currently ship to other destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) typically begin processing the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During high-volume periods (holiday seasons, promotions, new product launches), processing times may extend by 1-2 additional business days. We will notify you if there are any delays affecting your specific order.
Delivery Times by Region
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order ships, not the date you placed the order:

These are estimates based on standard carrier performance. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or remote delivery addresses.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping option.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders and subscription deliveries as displayed on our product pages and at checkout. Promotional shipping offers are subject to specific terms and may have minimum order thresholds.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- A tracking number
- A link to the carrier's tracking page
- Estimated delivery date
- Track you order here
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days, please contact us at info@vyta-health.com.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check:
- Street name and number
- Apartment, suite, or unit number
- City, state/province, and postal code
- Country
- Phone number (required for international shipments)
Address change requests: If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at info@vyta-health.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if your order has not yet been processed. Once shipped, address changes are subject to carrier policies and may incur additional fees.
Incorrect addresses: Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to a re-shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, the order value (excluding original shipping) will be refunded once we receive it back.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and household members
- Look for a delivery notification card or check secure locations (porch, garage, mailroom)
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
- If still unresolved after 5 business days, email info@vyta-health.com
We will assist with carrier claims where possible. Replacements for packages confirmed as lost are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Significantly Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 5 additional business days, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
Damaged on Arrival
If your package or product arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the package and the damaged contents
- Email info@vyta-health.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the photos
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refused, Returned-to-Sender, or Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are refused at delivery, returned due to an invalid or insufficient address, or unclaimed at a postal office and returned to us are subject to:
- A restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost
- The remaining order value will be refunded once the package arrives back at our fulfillment center
P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We can ship to most P.O. Boxes within the United States via standard postal services. Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes - if you have any issues at checkout, please contact us.
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Subscription Shipments
Subscribers receive their selected plan automatically at the chosen frequency. The same shipping policy, processing times, and delivery times apply to subscription orders as one-time orders.
You can manage your subscription delivery dates through your account or by emailing info@vyta-health.com at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment.
Holiday and High-Volume Periods
During major holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) and promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be extended by 1-3 business days due to carrier congestion. We will communicate any anticipated delays via email and on our Site.
International custom, duties and taxes.
For orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and brokerage fees are covered by us under our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping arrangement.
Customers should not be required to pay additional customs or import charges upon delivery under normal circumstances.
However, customers are still responsible for ensuring that dietary supplements are permitted for import under their local laws and regulations. In rare cases, customs authorities may request additional information or documentation before releasing a shipment.
We recommend checking your local import regulations regarding dietary supplements before placing an order.
