At VYTA Health, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind every bottle we sell, which is why we offer a money-back guarantee tied to the plan you purchased. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

90-Day Results Guarantee (Satisfaction)

We're confident VYTA works when it's actually used. That's why, alongside the standard return rules below, you can claim a satisfaction refund on your first order — even on opened or used bottles — provided you've given it a genuine, consistent trial. To qualify:

  1. Purchase was made directly at vyta-health.com (one satisfaction claim per customer/household).
  2. You used VYTA daily, as directed, for at least 60 consecutive days within the 90-day window.
  3. You completed and submit the Lymphatic Reset Workbook daily tracker showing consistent daily use. This is how we verify the product was given a fair trial and is required for any claim involving opened or used bottles.
  4. Your claim is submitted within 90 days of your delivery date.

Because VYTA is an ingestible supplement, opened bottles cannot be resold and do not need to be returned — please don't ship anything back for a Results Guarantee claim. This guarantee covers your satisfaction with consistent, as-directed use; change-of-mind on unused product follows the standard rules below.


Money-Back Guarantee Window

Our money-back guarantee applies to every order: refund requests must be received within 90 days of your delivery date, regardless of order size or quantity purchased.

For subscriptions, the same 90-day window applies, calculated from the delivery date of the most recent shipment received.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@vyta-health.com with:

The reason for your return
The name and email used to place the order
For a Results Guarantee claim: your completed Workbook daily tracker

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed and cannot be refunded.


What Is Eligible for Return

We accept returns of unopened, unused bottles in their original packaging, with the safety seal intact. Opened or used bottles are not eligible for a standard return, but may be eligible for a refund under the 90-Day Results Guarantee above when all of its conditions are met.

The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:

Bottles where the seal is broken or the bottle is opened (for hygiene and consumer safety reasons), except under the 90-Day Results Guarantee above
Bottles that have been used, partially consumed, or tampered with, except under the 90-Day Results Guarantee above
Bottles received outside the 90-day money-back window
Free or promotional items (e.g., bonus bottles in Buy 2 Get 1 Free orders) on a partial-return basis — bundle items are returnable as a complete bundle only
Free digital items (e.g., the Lymphatic Reset Workbook e-book) — these carry no cash value and are non-refundable
Gift cards
Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or after the return window has expired


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Results Guarantee claims do not require any product to be shipped back.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items received from us, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage or issue.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (or, for Results Guarantee claims, once we have reviewed your completed Workbook tracker), we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refund amount: You will be refunded the purchase price of the eligible returned items. Original shipping fees and any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable.


Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing info@vyta-health.com at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment.

Cancellations made after a subscription order has shipped will apply to the following shipment, not the one already in transit. The shipment already sent remains covered by the 90-day money-back window.

We do not issue refunds for missed cancellations once an order has been shipped, but the unopened-bottle return policy and the 90-Day Results Guarantee still apply within the 90-day window.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email info@vyta-health.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.


International Returns

The same policy applies to international orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any return shipping costs and any customs/duties incurred when returning to our fulfillment center. Refunds do not include any duties, taxes, or import fees paid at delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Contact your local postal service or carrier with the tracking number
  3. If still unresolved after 5 business days, contact info@vyta-health.com

We will assist with carrier claims where possible. Replacements for lost packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Refused or Returned-to-Sender Shipments

Packages refused at delivery, returned to sender for an invalid address, or unclaimed are subject to a restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost. The remaining order value will be refunded once the package returns to our fulfillment center.


Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you may have under applicable law in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Where mandatory consumer law grants you broader rights, those rights apply.
